Big Slick

"Big Slick" or A-K as it is known in the poker world was powerful in the Oasis Texas Hold'em tourney this a.m. This hand dominated three seperate times today, allowing me to win the contest by a wide margin. Opponents insisted on putting all of their chips in the pot with AJ, A10 or AQ and were eliminated. Some days the hand that should dominate does. Percentage-wise, 100% success is above the norm, but I'll take it. Big Slick is like one of my former girlfriends " When she's good, she's very good, but when she's bad, she's very bad!" In poker we learn to accept the bad with the good. I'll take A-K anytime and chance my lumps. Winning is fun!
